Got through the New Jersey Drivers License Written Test in the first attempt. That is not an achievement by any means but was under a lot of pressure, coz
#1 Almost everybody in office flunked the first time they took the exam
#2 I had never flunked anything in my life before, i had bragged about that prior to exams 
When taking the exam i was cursing myself for doing so.
#3 I took a day off yesterday to spend time with the training manual. I guess if i had flunked after taking a day off, the whole office crowd would have butchered me.
#4 My memory is like a PC RAM and that too only 112Kb, it loses everything on reboot (read as after sleep). I have almost no memorizing skills, i tend to forget stuff easily (except for movies, that gets written to some deep and unerasable area in my brain i guess)
The exam though went like a thriller. One has to get 80% to pass (40 questions out of 50). If you get 10 of the questions wrong at any point, you are thrown out.
My exam went like this
Q1 correct
Q2, Q3, Q4 didn’t know, skipped, thought of taking them later. at this point i thought i was doomed!
Q19 wrong
Q27 skipped
Q28 wrong
Q38,Q40 wrong
Q41-Q49 correct, i escaped narrowly, got a few guesses right! Machine says I passed, I say thank you and walk towards the examiner.
What helped me was the practise questions available on few of the sites. I got my license in hand in just over 1 hour. I was elated!

the only thing you didnt do is …didnt take a snap of all the questions u attended….
